The site is NW of Las Vegas according to http://www.usnews.com/news/science/news/articles/2015/10/19/tests-underway-after-fire-put-out-at-radioactive-waste-site.
The EPA gamma radiation graphs are here: http://www2.epa.gov/radnet/near-real-time-and-laboratory-data-state (click the Las Vegas dot, where you can click though to see all 9 energy ranges). Gamma energy range 5 is the original source of the graph in the Enenews article. The article graph was taken directly from http://www.netc.com on their "Chart Members Only" page, which re-displays and logs this energy band from the EPA data. The public page does not show the gamma graphs.
