This is the first release instruction for geigercopter underground payload. This is almost raw datas but can be easily understood and built.

Great stuff Xfrog. I finally got soundmodem to work. Do you know how I can dump the raw bits shown in soundmodemconfig to a file?

The easiest way is to redirect standart out to a file located tmp directory.
or use minicom to connect soundmodem unix file located in /dev/soundmodem0 with configuration below :
speed : 115200 8N1
port : /dev/soundmodem0
You can connect like an ip socket if you choose mkiss mode. I'm looking for informations about how to use mkiss connexion.

Hi,
I've found two bugs in my code.
#1 : Time Data replicated causing by wrong init of main global variable.
#2 : Timestamp not correct causing by data processing. Frames are sent every 1-2 sec. It's not really a big prob because every frames are timestamped but we loose a bit of resolution.
Correction will come asap.

Hi Enthusiast geiger members,
This project is not over.
New steps will come but i can't tell when, It's the most hard and tricky program i never set up with so much countries, so limited team members and so sensitive topics.
The main goal is spiritual : Fight the loosing spirit coming from fukushima situation (fubar) because of economic risk.
The pragmatic goal is easy to understand : Show what we can do as simple human.
We can do more complicate and efficient...easily. But we will need more involved people which one would understanding this so complicated and sensitive topics.
Just do it and get it possible as simple human.
I'm the first driver of this project but many members from many country gave to me some help, advice and interesting way to do.
I m not an organization, a community (i'm part of them), a gov member, an industry member or affiliated. I'm just a kind of hacker. And i m not looking for feedback or profit.
What has been done :
step one : Frame test ok
step two : Flying test ok
step three : Payload test ok
step four : Telecom wireless and data transmission test ok
Missing step are :
bugs correction
frame and payload integration
Flying model Improvement
Measurement validation
Automatic mode dev and validation
Real time data analysis
Demo mode and presentation
i wish you the best.

Hi,
Some news...
When i started this project i expected many difficulties because it's a confidential level.
But i tried to get it simplest as possible and get it outside confidential perimeter.
No confidential technology and nothing special concerning this sensitive topic.
But i can tell it's widely hard to deal with.
My drone is working but i don't want to use it now. It's not complete and not good enough for demonstration. It was disassembled.
It misses 6 months of constant work to get it serious with demonstration level.
I m waiting for a better context. It s a security reason.
Everything doing seriously can push people to ask the wrong question and get scared before hearing the answer they don't know.
This project is good. I have no doubt. And it mixes the best of every technologies. I will be proud if a laboratory could seriously work on it.
