Corentium Canary Radon Detector

Hi All

Does anyone have experience of using one of these?

I would like to acquire one, but I'm not going to waste money if it's a pile of junk

Not really, but after some quick googling this specific meter pops up very frequently so I assume it's OK.
Though it'd be a guess of €199.20...

Actually its 199.20, plus tax, plus shipping, so the real cost is 271.20 euros

So you can see why I asked for opinions before purchasing

From the spiel on their website, it seems to detect Radon using alpha spectroscopy.

It needs a day to give a ballpark figure in bequerels per cubic metre, and at least a month to give plus or minus 10% accuracy.
